I have been a strong supporter of The Property Source magazine since its inception. I recognize the value it offers being distributed in local real estate offices, grocery stores like Wegmans, and so many other locations. I use it as a tool to get my listings another venue to reach the Rochester real estate market. Whether you're trying to get your real estate business additional exposure or get a listing found, I think the Property Source is a must to get exposure.

I absolutely love the extensive reach and diversified options to view the Property Source for myself and my clients. Whether it's the paper publication, online publication, or the mall board display, your listing is accented and highlighted in a way only available with the Property Source. When your clients property is advertised, you know it has the exposure to get it sold!

As an independent real estate agent, I count every penny and closely measure what advertising works and what doesn’t. I’m no longer a huge fan of print advertising, with the exception of The Property Source. This publication has proven to be an extremely effective advertising medium. I love it when I repeatedly hear, “I saw your house in The Property Source.” It lets me know my money was well spent. Also, my sellers see that I am going beyond normal advertising for their property! Just recently, I featured my listing on the front cover. With just a few days, we had 3 offers! Now THAT is money well spent! My only fear is that the word will get out to other agents and they will raise their rates!
